Fee Structure


At Proper Mortgages, we don’t charge our clients up front. Any fees that are payable will be disclosed to you from the outset and will only be payable once your mortgage has been approved. If we can’t help, you won’t be charged at all

We don’t charge clients to handle their mortgage renewal, and our fee structure is broken down into the following tiers:

Standard Fee: £200 – For most regular purchases including Buy-To-Let

Complex Fee: £400 - For more complex applications/ some smaller mortgages

No Fee – For like-for-like renewals, so letting us maintain and manage your mortgage in the future doesn’t mean racking up a larger bill
